Family vacation bliss
First, the staff is like no other, especially Mr Burundi who personally took care of our minor issues like we were family. The breakfast was surprisingly good. My kids loved all the options, it was perfect to start our days.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but worth every penny.

The location is perfect for visiting Loyola University, right across the street. Clean, comfortable room with a spacious layout. Valet service made getting around easy, even though it cost $40 a night. The rooftop offered stunning views of the city, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Breakfast options were good, included grab-and-go bags, and the staff were friendly and helpful. On the downside, breakfast hours ended earlier than I’d like. I also found the parking garage a bit inconvenient. There were issues with housekeeping, like no hand soap in the bathroom during my stay. Would have preferred self-parking options to save some cash. Despite these inconveniences, the overall experience was enjoyable and I'd likely return for the location and comfort.

Comfortable room, clean amenities, with a nice breakfast every day and a great gym provided excellent value during my stay.
Just a few small things, like the '24 hour coffee' in the lobby sometimes running out.
